Gendry is from the series A Song of Ice and Fire By George R. R. Martin. He's a somewhat minor character who is never written as a 'point of view' character. Thus his story is told entirely from the perspective of other characters. His character is built from their insights and from his role on HBO's Game of Thrones. This character is played from his latest canon point and thus spoiler warnings apply.

He is played in eachdraidh as well in memes and PSLs. I usually play him at show age and out of game, I often play him from the TV show mingled with book events.
